Jen BurkeJEN BURKE is writer, editor and writing coach. She has been editing academically and professionally for 20 years. Jen’s first book, A Life Less Convenient: Letters To My Ex, found a new home with Homofactus Press and will be released in ’09. Old copies from the previous, now-defunct publisher are available at Amazon. The book chronicles the physical and emotional terrain of sex, relationships, and chronic illness.

Jen is the editor of two collections forthcoming from Homofactus Press: Visible: A Femmethology and a new edition of Queer Shorts. She is currently requesting submissions for an additional anthology, Body Reclamation Project. More of her writing is available at The Nervous Breakdown .

She recently passed the bar examination in Florida and is the caretaker to her eighty-something parents as her father deals with cholangiocarcinoma.
