Best Books of 2013: Reader's Guide Free on Amazon

by Rachel Baker on November 22, 2013

If you own a Kindle, you can get this 92 page guide to the best books of 2013, according to Amazon’s editors. I haven’t read through it yet, but I guess it should be interesting.

After a year of reading, arguing, and finally choosing what they believe are truly the best titles, the Amazon Books Editors are proud to announce their Best Books of 2013 list. This free Kindle book features interviews, essays, excerpts, and other fun extras about the year’s top 20 titles: Donna Tartt talks about her eating habits while writing The Goldfinch; Khaled Hosseini’s publicist discusses what it’s like to be on a national tour with him; David Finkel discusses the emotional impact following the 2-16 infantry battalion in Thank You for Your Service; and much more.
